Cancellation Policy

We may attempt to verify your information prior to doing our phone call, confirm that you are a real person and that you fit the characteristics of the clients we typically work with (occupation, years to retirement, and we can confirm your real name, real e-mail and real phone number. If we're unable to confirm any of this information we'll cancel your call or not show up for the appointment. We encourage you to set appointments out 24 hours in advance, but if you want to schedule one sooner we may be able to accommodate.
