What are D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards?

D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards is our way of thanking our loyal customers for choosing D.R. Harris & Co.  As a member, you'll feel our appreciation by being rewarded with exclusive offers sent to you via email and mail.  The program is free; simply buy planning and investment services like you always do - and get rewarded for it.  It's about time your investments love you back.

 

How does it work?

When buying a service from D.R. Harris & Co. simply present your membership card or simply give us your membership number or phone number.  We will gladly look up your account and ensure that you receive your points.

 

If you've enrolled in the program through the form above, your purchases will automatically be credited to your rewards account.

 

How does the point system work?

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.  Platinum members earn 1.25 points for every $1 - thats 25% more!

 

How do referral bonuses work?

Referral bonuses are paid when you refer someone who becomes a D.R. Harris & Co. client.  You'll earn 1 point for every point they spend on D.R. Harris & Co. services in their first 5 calendar years with D.R. Harris & Co.  

 

Platinum status members who refer clients receive 1.25x of this referal bonus schedule laid out above.

No.  D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards is a free program that offers you benefits for your wise investment and planning decisions.  It's that simple!  Earn points every time you buy services from D.R. EARNING POINTS

 

When do points appear in my rewards account?

Points appear in the next quarterly statement after you have fully paid for a product.  If you buy a product that has a 10 day refund that point will not be earned until the 11th day.  For a nondiscretionary advisory fee, the points will not be earned until November 1st or whenever the refund deadline has passed.

 

Can I earn base and bonus points on the same transaction?

Yes, members can earn base and bonus points on the same service/transaction.  For example, members will earn 100 base points on a $100 qualifying purchase.  If a "2x" multiplier offer is also applicable, the total points earned would be 200 (calculated as follows: 100 base points + 100 base points = 200 points).  Say hello to great savings!

 

How long are points valid?

Points will expire at the end of the quarter one year after the date they were earned.  Your quarterly email statement will tell let you know of the next expiration date.

 

Will I receive birthday discounts?

Yes, if you provide us with your birthday, you will receive 2x Bonus Points on all purchases in your birthday month.  Plus, if you are signed up to receive D.R. Harris & Co. emails, we will send you a coupon for a free discount just for you!  Platinum members wil receive an even bigger discount in addition to what regular members receive.  Now you can have your cake and bonus points too!

 

MANAGING YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT

 

I am not receiving my quarterly email statement.  What should I do?

Email us and we'll make sure that you are properly enrolled in the program and that you get all the points you qualify for!

 

Can I share my membership with a family member or friend?

No.  The D.R. Harris & Co. rewards program is individual and non-transferable.

How do I enroll in the D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards Program?

Simply fill out the form below and you'll get an email with your rewards program number.  Give us this number or your phone number when you make a purchase of D.R. Harris & Co. planning or investment advisory services and you'll earn points while you make responsible investment decisions!

 

What Information do I need to provide to join?

To receive all the benefits of membership, you ust provide your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, valid email address and birthday.  Opt in to receive emails from D.R. Harris & Co. and providing your birthday allows us to send you exclusive member offers including a special discount in your birthday month.  Isn't it nice when your investment love you back?

 

Are there membership levels in the D.R. Harris & Co. Reward Program?

Yes.  Once you spend $400 in a calendar year, you will be upgraded to Platinum Status.  We know you'll love all of the perks and privliges.

How do I redeem my points?

Simply tell us you want to redeem them whenever you are making a purchase of D.R. Harris & Co. Advisory or Planning Services and your membership number or phone number.  You can start redeeming once you have at least 100 available points and can redeem according to the following schedule's increments:

Can I use my points with other discounts and specials at D.R. Harris & Co.?

Yes, your points can be combined with other disconuts and special offers.  For example, you can redeem your points and use a mailed coupon ($15 off a $100 purchase) in the same transaction.

 

Can I give my points to a friend or family member?

No.  D.R. Harris & Co. points are not transferable.

What emails will I receive as a member?

By providing us with a valid email address, you agree to the program terms and conditions and you will receive key program benefits such as a quarterly statement, bonus point promotions, birthday discounts and other fantastic offers that are only available via email.

 

How do I stop receiving D.R. Harris & Co. emails?

To opt out of email communications, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails you receive.  However, if you opt out, we can't send you member-exclusive offers and events.  If you miss our emails and offers, you can always go to our webpage and submit another rewards membership form with the email box checked.

 

PLATINUM STATUS

 

What is Platinum Status?

Platinum status is a higher level of D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards with extra-special benefits that we use to reward our best members.  Platinum is our way of saying thank you for your business and that we truly appreciate your loyalty.

 

How do I qualify for Platinum Status?

Reaching Platinum status reuires a minimum annual spending of $400 (total qualified spending between January and December of a calendar year).  Your membership will be upgraded automatically once you meet the annual spending threshold.

 

How do I find out if I attained Platinum Status?

Your quarterly statement will show that you have earned Platinum Status

 

What are the benefits of being a Platinum member?

In addition to the benefits you receive as a D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards member, there are exclusive benefits to being a Platinum member:

How long do I keep my Platinum Membership?

When you become a Platinum member, you will keep your status until December 31st of the following year.  You will need to requalify every year to extend your Platinum status.

January 1 through December 31

 

How much does it cost to be a Platinum member?

Nothing.  It's free!  Spend $400 in a calendar year and you'll be upgraded to Platinum Status and see how your investments love you back!

What special offers can I get as a member?

The D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards program rewards you with special offers based on the services you love.  You may receive custom offers sent via email, text message, and postal mail.  Examples of these perks are specialty selected advisory services such as the documents you'll need when you just get married, or have a kid, or how to set accounts to benefit your spouse or children.  You may receive access to member only events, double or triple points days or weeks, or special discounts on certain services and much more.

 

My friend got a special disocunt offer and I didn't.  How do I get that offer?

D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards is designed to give you offers tailored to you.  Not all offers are available to all members.  To receive offers more relevant to you, remember to provide your member ID or phone number to D.R. Harris & Co. every time you buy investment services or planning products from us.

 

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

 

We do not provide your information to third party providers.  We make efforts to keep your information private but in joining our program you assume the risk that our services may be hacked or compromised by a third party and that your information could be spread.  In using this service you agree to hold us harmless or indemnify us against any harm caused to you.  And of course, you are always welcome to not join the program if this is a risk you don't feel comfortable with.

 

Important Terms and Conditions

 

This program is a free benefit provider to customers of D.R. Harris & Co. and those who would like to buy advisory or planning services from D.R. Harris & Co.  D.R. Harris & Co. reserves the right to cancel, change or restrict the D.R. Harris & Co. Rewards program in any way it wishes in the future.  If the program is cancelled or modified no participant of the program is entitled to any monetary or other benefit in exchange for points lost.  The decision to change the program or cancel it solely at the discretion of D.R. Harris & Co.

 

D.R. Harris & Co. makes efforts to keep your information private and does not share it with third parties except if required by law.  However, when you provide your information to us you assume the risk that we will get hacked and that your information could be dispersed to people that we did not willingly give it to.  In joining this free program, you agree to hold us harmless and/or indemnify us against any harm caused to you if we are hacked and your information is dispersed.  If you do not feel comfortable with this risk or arrangement you should not join the D.R. Harris & Co.
